2. Files Are Processed Only in Your Browser

Every PDF you upload is processed 100% in your browser using client-side technology. Your files never leave your device and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server. Once you close the tab or refresh the page, the file is automatically deleted from memory.

3. No Tracking, No Cookies, No Analytics That Identify You

• We do not use cookies that track you across websites.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that collect personal data.
• We do not track your IP address for advertising or profiling purposes.
• The only minimal analytics we use (if any) are completely anonymized and used solely to improve site performance and speed.

4. No Advertising Networks or Third-Party Scripts That Track You

We do not load external advertising scripts, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers. The only third-party resources we may load are open-source libraries (like Font Awesome for icons or PDF.js) which do not collect personal data.

5. No Data Selling or Sharing

Because we never receive your files or personal information in the first place, there is nothing to sell, share, rent, or disclose to third parties — ever.

6. Server Logs (Minimal & Temporary)

Like any website, our hosting provider may temporarily log basic information such as IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention. These logs are automatically deleted within a few days and are never used for marketing or profiling.

7. Children’s Privacy

PDF HUB is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, we comply with COPPA and other children’s privacy laws by default.

If we ever make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the new version on this page.
